Established in 2023 and recognised as a tax-exempt charity under section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance, Musical Chaos Foundation is steadfastly committed to bringing diverse communities together through music in Hong Kong.
In pursuit of this mission,

MCF collaborates closely with established local charitable and community partners to deliver approximately 1,000 free, high-quality music classes each year to vulnerable groups of people in Hong Kong.

Complementing these efforts, MCF runs the MCF Ambassador Programme to provide musicians of all ages and levels with valuable performance and educational opportunities
Collectively, these activities serve as a vital instrument for social good in Hong Kong — promoting inclusion, enhancing emotional resilience, stimulating creativity, strengthening intergenerational and intercultural bonds, and cultivating greater societal harmony through the universal medium of music.
